# Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Norevia purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through **my-norevia.com**.
## 14-day cancellation right
UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days.
Items must be returned unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging, except for reasonable handling needed to inspect the goods. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
## 30-day fit support
In addition to your statutory rights, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery if the fit is not right. We will help arrange an exchange or return. This voluntary support does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
## Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund as required by applicable law. We cover reasonable return costs for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival or sent incorrectly.
## How to request a return
Email **help.norevia@gmail.com** with your order number, the reason for the return and the items you wish to return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your order.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law. Express delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
## Refund timing
Once the returned goods or proof of return is received, we will process an eligible refund within 14 days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.
## Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
