These Terms of Service govern your use of **my-norevia.com** and purchases from Norevia (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## Online store

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, misuse, pricing errors or stock problems are reasonably suspected.

## Products and availability

We describe products, colours, sizes and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and paid.

## Prices and payment

Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) for the United Kingdom market and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Promotional offers, including bundle offers, are available only under the conditions shown on the product page and may end or change without notice. Any lawful cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

## Orders and delivery

After payment, you receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not always constitute acceptance if we need to investigate an error. Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

## Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our [Refund and Returns Policy](/policies/refund-policy). Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

## Intellectual property

The Site, brand elements, product descriptions, images, graphics and content belong to Norevia or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

You must not use the Site for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, interference with security, unauthorised scraping, or infringement of another person’s rights.

## Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided subject to availability. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order to the extent permitted by law.

## Changes

We may update these Terms when needed. The version published on the Site at the time of an order applies to that order.

## Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and do not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
